Itamar Levy (* 1956 in Tel Aviv ) is an Israeli writer .

Life

Levy grew up in Tel Aviv . He studied theater studies at Tel Aviv University and now works as a radio presenter , antiquarian and writer in Israel . He combines his literary inclination with his work by supporting people in their search for books that they can only remember rudimentary on the radio show Kol Schischi . In his Antiquarian Itamar's Bookstore in Zichron Yaakov Levy sells secondhand books with the thematic priorities of Israel , Jewish people , Middle East and Middle East . The second-hand bookshop also has an English-language website. Levy's literary work, which so far comprises six books, is now available in German. In 1997, Letters from the Sun, Letters from the Moon, and in 2008 The Legend of Sad Lakes appeared .
