Iwan Semjonowitsch Tschuikow ( Russian Иван Семёнович Чуйков , English transcription Ivan Semionovic Chujkov ; born May 22, 1935 in Moscow ) is a Russian painter . He attended the Moscow Art School from 1949 to 1954 and studied at the Surikov College from 1954 to 1960 . Since 1957 he had exhibitions in the Soviet Union. From 1960 to 1962 he was a lecturer at the Vladivostok Art School. In 1968 he became a member of the Art Association of the Soviet Union. Since 1977 he has also been allowed to exhibit in western countries.
