Ján Novák (born March 6, 1985 in Trebišov ) is a Slovak football player .

Club career

Novák played in his youth for FK Slavoj Trebišov , where he also played two seasons in the senior team. Since 2006 he played for MFK Košice . There he scored four goals three times in one game, in the 2007/2008 season even in two games in a row, which helped him to become the top scorer of the Corgoň liga in 2008. In the game against Trnava in August 2009 he also scored 4 goals, but the game was lost 4-5. At the beginning of 2011 he was loaned to the French second division FC Tours for six months. He hadn't played a game because of an injury from 2010. He returned to his home club.

National team

Novák has played in four games for the Slovak national team since 2008 (as of July 1, 2011).
