Single-family house of Dr. Friedrichs, 1910

Of the former residential building Jägerhofstraße 19-20 in Düsseldorf-Pempelfort , which was built from 1907 to 1909 according to plans by the Düsseldorf architect Ludwig H. Fettweis (* July 20, 1866), only the facade , which is under monument protection , is preserved in the neoclassical style . The building, also misleadingly known as the Art Nouveau building, was demolished in the early 1990s, except for the facade. The facade was integrated into a new building, which was built by the Düsseldorf architect Paul Schneider-Esleben . It is made of stone and is three stories high. It shows a symmetrical structure and is divided into five axes. The entrance can be seen in the central axis, flanked by two pillars. The neoclassical columns support the balcony on the first floor. The central axis is designed as a three-axis risalit . This ends in a triangular gable .

Previous buildings in the middle of the 19th century were by the architect Anton Schnitzler .
