Józef Bursa was a Polish Nordic skier .

Bursa, who started for Sokół Zakopane, took 21st place in the Nordic Combined competition and 73rd place in cross-country skiing over 18 kilometers at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Vysoké Tatry in 1935 . Four years later he reached the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1939 in Zakopane, the 28th place in combination and 76th place in cross-country skiing. At the Polish ski jumping championships in 1934 he won the silver medal behind Bronisław Czech .
