Jörg Bernath

Jörg Bernath is a former German basketball player . He became German champion with casting in 1975.

career

Bernath came to basketball through football and handball. With the MTV 1846 Gießen he was twice German champion in the A-youth between 1964 and 1967. Bernath moved to FC Bayern Munich , for whom he played in the basketball league . In 1973 the player played 13 full international matches for the German national team.

He returned to MTV Giessen, with whom he became German champion in 1975. In 1976 he moved to TSV Krofdorf.
