Jörg Faith
Jörg Glaubens (* 1959 in Homburg ) is a German chef .
Career
After graduating from high school, Jörg Glaub completed his training as a chef at the Parkhotel Adler in Hinterzarten in the Black Forest. He then went through several positions in top companies at home and abroad.
From 1999 to April 2012 he cooked in the now closed gourmet restaurant Tschifflik (named after the Tschifflik pleasure palace ) in the Romantik Hotel Landschloss Fasanerie Zweibrücken, where he has been awarded a Michelin star since 2002 . The Gault-Millau awarded 18 points.
From April 2012 he worked in an advisory capacity at a 5 star hotel in Poland.
In July 2013, Glaube took over the Schlosshotel Neckarbischofsheim . The hotel was closed in August 2017 due to bankruptcy.
Jörg Glaub has been a member of the management team at Avance Service GmbH since September 2017.
