Jörg Siegert

Jörg Siegert (* 1959 ) is a German non-fiction author and military historian.

Life

Siegert was an officer in the NVA and served in the 1st MSD tank regiment 1 “Friedrich Wolf” in Beelitz as a company commander . His books mainly deal with the technology of the NVA with a focus on armored vehicles . They are published by Motorbuchverlag Stuttgart. He runs the website www.militaertechnik-der-nva.de and lives in Potsdam .
