The Jøkulgavlen ( Norwegian for glacier fork ) is a distinctive and flattened ridge in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the Borg massif , it forms the southern part of Jøkulskarvet .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped it on the basis of aerial photographs and measurements of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952).
