The Jewish mourning hall in Podivín (German Kostel , also Podiwin ), a South Moravian town in the Czech Republic , was built in the middle of the 19th century.

history

The funeral hall at the entrance to the Jewish cemetery in Podivín is a protected cultural monument .

The hall building in the style of historicism is vaulted by a dome , which is crowned by a lantern . There is a Hebrew inscription above the entrance .

The building has been renovated in recent years.
