Jewish cemetery (Preußisch Oldendorf)
The Jewish cemetery Preußisch Oldendorf is a Jewish cemetery in the North Rhine-Westphalian city of Preußisch Oldendorf in the Minden-Lübbecke district .
The cemetery is located outside the village in a southerly direction in a wooded area on the mountain road to Börninghausen . There are 57 tombstones on it .
history
The cemetery was first mentioned in 1740. In 1889 it was expanded. It was occupied until around 1910/1920. In May 1987 the cemetery was devastated by neo-Nazis . 23 gravestones were damaged, some of them considerably.
