The Buer Jewish Cemetery is located in the Buer district of the city of Melle in the Osnabrück district of Lower Saxony .

There are between 45 and 50 tombstones in the cemetery in the Sunderbrook area . They were oriented to the southeast, towards Jerusalem. The surviving gravestone inscriptions are in Hebrew and German. It was occupied from 1821 and was also used by Jews from Melle and Rabber .

During the Nazi era , many tombstones were excavated and used for paving work.
