Memorial stone in memory of the Jewish cemetery in Chełmno

The Jewish cemetery in Chełmno (German Kulm ), a Polish town in the Chełmiński powiat in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship , was established at the beginning of the 19th century. The Jewish cemetery on what is now Powstańców-Wielkopolskich-Strasse (formerly Ackerstrasse) was destroyed by the German occupiers during World War II.

Since 2007 a memorial stone has been commemorating the Jewish cemetery and the former Jewish community.
