Jewish cemetery (Elsoff)
The Elsoff Jewish Cemetery is located in Elsoff , a district of the city of Bad Berleburg in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district in North Rhine-Westphalia . As a Jewish cemetery , it is a listed building and has been on the list of monuments since May 9, 2008.
On the 2362 m² cemetery "Unterm Heiligenberg" (above the elementary school Elsoff, on a mountain slope, only accessible via meadows) 24 tombstones have been preserved. The cemetery was occupied from 1822 (according to other information from around 1863) to 1942.
