The Jewish cemetery Nienburg (Saale) is a Jewish cemetery in Nienburg (Saale) in the Salzlandkreis in Saxony-Anhalt .

In the cemetery on Adolf-Meyer-Straße there is only a small part of the originally existing gravestones , which were set for the Jewish deceased from Nienburg and the surrounding area from the beginning of the 19th century to the 20th century.

history

The cemetery was laid out in the early 19th century. He was violated several times during the Nazi era , especially during the November pogroms in 1938 .
