Jewish cemetery Schönebeck (Elbe)
The Jewish cemetery Schönebeck (Elbe) is the Jewish cemetery of the town of Schönebeck (Elbe) in the Salzlandkreis in Saxony-Anhalt .

The cemetery is at the northeast end of Dorotheenstrasse. Immediately north of the cemetery is the driveway to the Welsleber Bridge over the Magdeburg – Leipzig railway line .
Design and history
The cemetery was laid out in 1873 and covers an area of 590 m². There are said to be nine historical tombstones in the cemetery. The cemetery area is fenced and there are two stars of David at the gate . The cemetery served as a burial place for the Jewish community in Schönebeck .
A memorial stone was placed on the east side of the cemetery. It bears the inscription under a star of David:

citizens OUR
TOWN WHICH THE
BREED MADNESS
TO VICTIMS FELL,
IN MEMORY -
In the local register of monuments , the cemetery is listed as a monument under registration number 094 60989 .
