Jürgen Jäger (born August 18, 1946 ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
Jäger played for Rot-Weiß Oberhausen for over a decade . With the clover leaves he experienced an ups and downs. He played in the regional league, in the Bundesliga , in the 2nd Bundesliga and in the association league. In the 1968/69 season he made promotion to the Bundesliga with his teammates. In the following two seasons he only played three games in the Bundesliga. After relegation he stayed in Oberhausen.
