Jürgen Peter (magician)

Jürgen Peter (born November 16, 1961 in Hohenems ) is an Austrian magician and mentalist .

biography

Jürgen Peter learned magic at the age of nine. At the age of 12 he was already performing magic tricks in front of a larger audience. At 16 he became a member of the Vorarlberg Magic Club, where he was on the board for many years. As a result, various memberships were added to numerous international magic associations. His profession took him to England, France, Italy, Spain, Israel and the USA. In South Africa , where he lived for several years, he was seen at one of the few appearances for other magicians as a guest speaker and seminar leader at the Magicians' Congress in Cape Town in 1987 . In England he was a guest at the Late Night Magic Show at the IBM Magic Congress (1989) in Scarborough as a close up magician. As a magician he mainly works for VIPs from business and industry, for prominent athletes and TV stars, for the European aristocracy and in international 5-star hotels, but also at international trade fairs. His specialties are comedy magic, close up magic (table magic), mental magic , and product magic . He also works as a seminarist and guest speaker on the subject of perception and influence and trains salespeople in the field, among other things.

He gained fame as "The Man Who Enchants Even Kings" when he was photographed by a photographer with the Spanish royal family in 1997. His network and magical friends, who have had a lasting impact on him, include Paul Potassy (Philippines), Otto Wessely (Paris), Rovi "The Wizzard of Wales" (England), Johnny Lonn (Sweden) and Bob Little, Al Goshman and Father Cyprian Murray from the USA. He currently lives in Austria with his wife and four children and works not only as a magician, but also as an event manager and seminar leader.
