District Court Lauingen

The district court of Lauingen was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1932 and was based in the city of Lauingen (Danube) .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Lauingen, the district of which was formed from the previous district court district of Lauingen and thus the municipalities of Altenberg , Bachhagel , Bächingen an der Brenz , Ballhausen , Burghagel , Dattenhausen , Echenbrunn , Faimingen , Frauenriedhausen , Gundelfingen , Haunsheim , Hausen , Landshausen , Lauingen, Oberbechingen , Obermedlingen , Peterswörth , Staufen , Unterbechingen , Untermedlingen , Veitriedhausen , Ziertheim and Zöschingen .

Next Higher Instance had until April 1, 1932, the District Court of Neuburg an der Donau in the Higher Regional Court of Augsburg , after another month the Regional Court of Augsburg in the Higher Regional Court of Munich .

With effect from May 1, 1932, the Lauingen district court was repealed and its district was merged with the district of the Dillingen district court .
