District court of Zusmarshausen

The district court of Zusmarshausen was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1959 and was based in Zusmarshausen .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was set up in Zusmarshausen, whose district included the communities of Adelsried , Agawang , Altenmünster , Anried , Aretsried , Auerbach , Baiershofen , Bonstetten , Breitenbronn , Buch , Dinkelscherben , Eppishofen , Ettelried , Fischach , Fleinhausen , Gabelbach , Gabelbachergreut , Grünenbaindt , Häder , Hennhofen , Horgau , Horgauergreut , Kutzenhausen , Lindach , Neumünster , Oberschöneberg , riding book , Reutern , Ried , Rommelsried , Schönebach , Steinekirch , Streitheim , Unterschöneberg , Ustersbach , Uttenhofen , Vallried , Welden , Willmatshofen , Wollbach , Wollmetshofen , Wörleschwang and Zusmarshausen of the previous district court of Zusmarshausen . The superior authority was the Augsburg Regional Court .

After the district court Zusmarshausen war due to the branch office of the District Court of Augsburg downgraded and this measure had been confirmed in 1956, this branch was by order of the Bavarian State Minister of Justice revoked on July 1, 1959th
