District Court of Höchstädt an der Donau

The district court of Höchstädt an der Donau was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1943 and was based in the Swabian city ​​of Höchstädt an der Donau .

Next Higher Instance had until April 1, 1932, the District Court of Neuburg an der Donau in the Higher Regional Court of Augsburg , then the district court Augsburg in the Higher Regional Court District of Munich .

In 1943 the district court of Höchstädt an der Donau was closed and its district was added to the district court of Dillingen an der Donau .

The court was housed in the rooms of the Höchstädter Castle .
