District court Aichach
The district court of Aichach is one of 73 district courts in Bavaria and a court of ordinary jurisdiction based in the city of Aichach .
Area of responsibility and instance
The Aichach District Court is locally responsible for the Aichach-Friedberg district. In register, insolvency and foreclosure matters , the Augsburg District Court is responsible for the Aichach District Court district.
The next higher instances are, in order, the Regional Court of Augsburg , the Higher Regional Court of Munich and the Federal Court of Justice .

Since the law on the organization of ordinary courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the district court district of Aichach has included the area of the district of Aichach-Friedberg. As a result, the district court district of Aichach expanded on the one hand
- the area of the repealed district court Friedberg with the exception of the communities Höfa, Pfaffenhofen an der Glonn, Sittenbach, Unterumbach and Weitenried,
- the municipalities of Eresried , Hausen bei Hofhegnenberg , Hofhegnenberg , Steindorf and part of the municipality of Baierberg from the Fürstenfeldbruck district court district ,
- the communities Echsheim , Kühnhausen , Reicherstein , Schorn and Wiesenbach from the district court district Neuburg ad Donau together with
- the community of Grimolzhausen from the dissolved district court Schrobenhausen ,
while, on the other hand, the communities Altomünster, Hilgertshausen, Hohenzell, Kiemertshofen, Kleinberghofen, Oberzeitlbach, Randelsried, Stumpfenbach, Tandern, Thalhausen, Wollomoos were handed over to the district court of Dachau as part of the Dachau district .
