Aichach district court

The Aichach district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Aichach in what is now the Aichach-Friedberg district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1803, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Aichach district court was established. This was added to the Lechkreis and from 1810 to the Isarkkreis .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Aichach District Court was set up, its district consisting of the Aichach District Court district with the communities of Adelzhausen , Affing , Aichach, Aindling , Algertshausen , Allenberg , Alsmoos , Altomünster , Aufhausen , Binnenbach , Ecknach , Edenhausen , Edenried , Eisin Gersdorf , Gallenbach , Gaulzhofen , Griesbeckerzell , Gundelsdorf , Handzell , Haslangkreit , Haunswies , Hausen , Heretshausen , Hilgertshausen , High cell , Hollenbach , Igenhausen , Inchenhofen , Kiemertshofen , Kleinberghofen , blades , Kühbach , Main stream , Screwery Hofen , Oberbachern , Oberbernbach , Oberdorf , Obergriesbach , top wall Bach , Oberschneit Bach , Oberschönenbuch Bach , Oberwittelsbach , Oberzeitlbach , Petersdorf , Pichl , Randelsried , Rapperzell , Rehling , Ruppert cell , Sainbach , Schiltberg , quick-man Kreuth , Schönenbach , Schönleiten , Sielenbach , Stockensau , Stotzard , stump Bach , Sulzbach , tandem , Thalhausen , kill ried , Todtenweis , Unterbernbach , Untergriesbach , Unterschneitbach , Unterwittelsbach , Walchshofen , Willprechtszell , Wollomoos and Zahling, together with the communities of Ebenried , Immendorf , Osterzhausen and Pöttmes , which previously belonged to the district of Rain .
