District court Aichach

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The district court of Aichach was a Bavarian district court that existed from 1848 to 1879 and was thus a second instance for the district courts of the older order, with its seat in Aichach in today's district of Aichach-Friedberg . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

The district of the district court Aichach initially consisted of the district courts Aichach , Friedberg , Rain , Schrobenhausen , Pfaffenhofen , Ingolstadt , Erding , Moosburg and Freising . In 1861 the district of the Aichach District Court was restricted to the Aichach, Friedberg, Rain and Schrobenhausen district courts.

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Aichach District Court was dissolved. The courts of first instance were now the newly created local courts and the second instance formed the also newly established regional courts .
