District Court Erding

The Erding Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Erding in what is now the Erding district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

The Erding nursing court (also often referred to as the regional court at that time) of the Duchy of Bavaria had existed since the 13th century, and the neighboring nursing courts of Moosburg and Dorfen had been assigned to the Landshut rent office since the 16th century . In 1803 the regional court of Erding was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . From 1808 it belonged to the Isar district and from 1838 to the district of Upper Bavaria.

The Erding District Court was split up in 1858. The district court of Dorfen was formed from 19 communities in the east of the district court, and that includes the communities of Dorfen, Eibach , Gebensbach , Grüntegernbach , Hausmehring , Hofkirchen , Hofstarring , Hohenpolding , Hubenstein , Inning am Holz , Lengdorf , Moosen (Vils) , Steinkirchen , Sulding , Taufkirchen (Vils) , Wambach , Wasentegernbach , Watzling and Zeilhofen . The superior instance was the Munich Court of Appeal .

The Erding District Office was formed a little later in 1862 through the merger of the Erding Regional Court with the newly formed Dorfen Regional Court.
