Hofkirchen is a district of the municipality Taufkirchen (Vils) in the district of Erding in Upper Bavaria .
history
Hofkirchen with the localities Unterhofkirchen , Permering, Hörgersdorf and Angerskirchen became an independent municipality with the municipal edict of 1818. This was incorporated into Taufkirchen on January 1, 1972.
The Hörgersdorfer Church St. Bartholomäus is one of the most important Rococo village churches in Bavaria.
