Schrobenhausen district court

The district court of Schrobenhausen was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Schrobenhausen in what is now the district of Neuburg-Schrobenhausen . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1803, the regional court of Schrobenhausen was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . This came to the newly founded Lechkreis with the capital Augsburg .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the district court of Schrobenhausen was established, the district of which was formed from the previous district court district of Schrobenhausen and the communities of Adelshausen , Alberzell , Aresing , Berg im Gau , Brunnen , Deimhausen , Diepoltshofen , Edelshausen , Freinhausen , Gachenbach , Gerolsbach , Grimolzhausen , Hirschhausen , Hohenried , Hohenwart , Hörzhausen , Klenau , Klosterbergfest , Koppenbach , Lange mosses , Lauterbach , Malzhausen , Mühlried , Peutenhausen , Pobenhausen , Rettenbachferner , Sandizell , saddle mountain , Schrobenhausen, Seibersdorf , singing Bach , Steingriff , Strobenried , Volkersdorf , Waidhofen , Wangen , Weichenried , Weilach and Weilenbach included.
