Horgauergreut (formerly also Horgauergreuth , Kreith ) is a church village , district and a district of the municipality Horgau in the Swabian district of Augsburg in Bavaria .

history

From 1862 to 1929 Horgauergreut belonged to the district office of Zusmarshausen and from 1929 to the district office of Augsburg , which from 1939 was called the district of Augsburg.

Horgauergreut was an independent municipality with only one locality (the parish village of Horgauergreut) and with an area of ​​364.49 hectares and was incorporated into the municipality of Horgau on January 1, 1971 as part of the regional reform in Bavaria . On May 1, 1978, Horgau and all the districts came to Zusmarshausen , which was reversed on October 27, 1983.
