Aretsried is a parish village and part of the municipality of Fischach in the Swabian district of Augsburg in Bavaria ( Germany ).

The hamlet of Heimberg also belongs to the district of the same name . Aretsried lies in the perennials . The district road A 2 leads from the district road A 1 in Häder via Aretsried to Fischach .

history

From 1862 to 1929 Aretsried belonged to the district office of Zusmarshausen and from 1929 to the district office of Augsburg , which from 1939 was called the district of Augsburg.

Aretsried with its district Heimberg was an independent municipality and was incorporated into Markt Fischach on July 1, 1972 as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .

The catholic parish Sankt Pankratius in Aretsried belongs to the parish community Fischach in the deanery Schwabmünchen in the diocese of Augsburg . The parish also includes the Heimbergermühle (part of Heimberg) and parts of Riding Book .
