Jürgen von Stiten (* before 1633; † June 1, 1672 in Lübeck ) was a German lawyer and councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Jürgen von Stiten was the son of the Lübeck councilor Hartwig von Stiten . From 1633 he studied law at the University of Rostock . In 1643 he became a member of the patrician circle society in Lübeck. He was elected councilor of the city in 1666 (the year after the Kassa trial ). The civic recession of 1669 negotiated by the council with the citizens also fell during his term of office .

Jürgen von Stiten was the owner of the Schönböken estate and also had a farm in Krempelsdorf.
