J. Stephen Russell
J. Stephen Russell (born April 7, 1951 ) is an American Anglic Medievalist .
Life
He studied at Johns Hopkins University (BA 1973, MA 1975, Ph.D. 1978). He has been Professor of English at Hofstra University since 1983 .
His research interests are medieval English literature, patristic and Cistercian studies, and literary theory.
