KK JTEKT ( Japanese 株式会社 ジ ェ イ テ ク ト , Kabushiki kaisha Jeitekuto , English JTEKT Corporation ) is a Japanese automotive supplier . It was created in 2006 from the predecessors Kōyō Seikō KK ( 光 洋 精工 株式会社 ) and Toyoda Kōki KK ( 豊 田 工 機 株式会社 ).

Business areas

JTEKT sells its products under three main brands. The group produces and sells parts for the automotive industry under the name JTEKT . These include drive shafts, clutches and steering systems. The Koyo brand is used for various rolling bearing products. The Group's machining centers , grinding machines and gear cutting machines bear the Toyoda name .
