Jacek Trzeciak (born December 26, 1971 in Bielawa , Poland ) is a former Polish soccer player and current soccer coach.

Trzeciak began his professional career in 1994 with Rafako Raciborz , where he only played for half a year before moving to Rymer Rybnik . For the 1998/1999 season he moved to Ruch Radzionków , where he also had his first assignments in the Ekstraklasa. Between 1999 and 2001 he played for Wlokniarz Kiertz . For the 2001/2002 season he moved to RKS Radomsko , before moving back to his former club, Wlokniarz Kietrz , a year later . From there he moved to the two-time Polish champions Polonia Bytom , where he rose with the team from the 2nd league to the Ekstraklasa . He became the captain of the team and quickly became a crowd favorite because of his combative attitude. Trzeciak played his last game for Polonia on May 15, 2010 and ended his career as a professional footballer in the summer of 2010. After he had already gained a lot of experience as assistant coach under the ex-coaches Jurij Szatałow and Dariusz Fornalak , he was appointed head coach on October 2nd, 2012. However, he only held this office for a year and was inherited by Artur Skowronek on October 10, 2013 .
