Jack Stilgoe

Jack Stilgoe is a British researcher and professor. He is Senior Lecturer in Social Studies in Science at University College London (UCL). He has spent his professional life at the intersection of science policy research and science policy practice, first in the science and technology studies department at UCL, then in the Demos think tank , then in the Royal Society and finally at Exeter University .

His areas of expertise are genetically modified plants , nanotechnology , machine learning and self-driving cars . He also writes articles for the English-language newspaper The Guardian . Stilgoe is currently involved in a research project called "Driverless Future".
