Jacques Besombes
Jacques Besombes lived in the first half of the 18th century and was a well-known moral theologian ( Auctor rigidus ). He received his doctorate in theology and later Provincial of the Toulouse Province of the Congrégation de la doctrine chrétienne . He wrote the work Theologia moralis christiana in eight volumes.
