Jacques Tilouine (* 1958 ) is a French mathematician who studies number theory.

Tilouine received his doctorate in 1989 from the University of Paris-Süd in Orsay under John Coates (Autour de la conjecture principale anticyclotomique). He teaches at the University of Paris XIII .

He deals with modular forms , Iwasawa theory , modular Galois representations, p-adic automorphic forms and deformations of Galois representations.

From 1991 to 1992 Tilouine worked at the Institute for Advanced Study .
