Jacques Turcot

Jacques Turcot (born October 26, 1914 in Quebec , † April 9, 1977 ibid) was a Canadian surgeon. The Turcot syndrome is named after Turcot , a hereditary tumor disease in which intestinal and brain tumors develop.

Life

Jacques Turcot worked at the Hôtel Dieu de Quebec hospital and the Université Laval in Québec .
