Hunting cadastre

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The hunting cadastre is the register of all hunting grounds and their owners. It is managed by the respective lower hunting authorities . It consists of an overview list with all (partial) parcels that can be hunted , a list of the huntable areas with details of the owners, and another list in which the individual hunting companions are included with their respective sum of the huntable areas. This list also shows the total of the huntable area of the respective area. In addition, the hunting cadastre provides information about the leaseholders or owners of the hunting grounds in each area. It forms the basis for the voting at the hunting association meeting , the distribution of income to the hunting companions and the leasing to hunters.

According to the respective laws of the federal states of Germany, either the municipalities or the hunting cooperatives are obliged to keep the hunting cadastre.
