Kleinarl hunting lodge, now the vicarage

The Kleinarl Hunting Lodge is located in the municipality of the same name in the St. Johann im Pongau district of Salzburg (Kreuzsalgasse 1).

The building, which is now used as a vicarage, was once a hunting lodge of the Salzburg archbishops in Pongau . The building has a hipped gable roof . The rich facade structure comes from a renovation around 1748. This conversion to a vicariate house was carried out according to plans by the court building manager Johann Kleber. In the building today u. a. A public library is housed here, as well as exhibitions (Advent and nativity scenes) and events by the Catholic Educational Center in Salzburg.
