Jaguares de Tapachula
Jaguares de Tapachula is a former soccer team from the city of Tapachula in the Mexican state of Chiapas .
history
The branch team of the first division club Jaguares de Chiapas was included in the second-rate Primera División 'A' before the 2003/04 season and, due to the poor record of 36 points from 38 games, was relegated to the third-rate Segunda Division after just one year .
There the team played one season in the group south and finished fourth in Apertura 2004 and eighth in Clausura 2005.
Then the Jaguares were withdrawn from the league and two years later took part again in the game operation of the second division after the main club had acquired the license of the third division promoted Pachuca Juniors , a farm team of CF Pachuca .
But the results of the next two seasons were even worse than in the first second division season in 2003/04. The Jaguares got just 28 points from 38 games in 2007/08, and in 2008/09 the yield with 24 points from 32 games was also unsatisfactory. The negative results resulted in another relegation from the second division, which ultimately also led to the (temporary) end of the Jaguares de Tapachula .
