James Stannard (born February 21, 1983 ) is an Australian rugby union player . It can be used both as a scrum half and at the position of the connecting half. He currently plays with the Western Force in super rugby .

Stannard is a former 7-a-side rugby player and was named Australia's 7-a-side rugby player of the year 2010.
