Chelsea Light Moving was a rock band from New York . It was founded in 2012 after the dissolution of Sonic Youth by their guitarist and singer Thurston Moore . The founding members also included bassist and multi-instrumentalist Samara Lubelski, drummer John Moloney (Sunburned Hand of the Man) and guitarist Keith Wood ( Hush Arbors ). Her only album, Chelsea Light Moving , was released in 2013 on Matador Records . The band broke up two years later.
