Western Force is a rugby union team from the Australian city of Perth . She plays in the Australian National Rugby Championship as well as in the World Series rugby with teams from Fiji and Tonga . The home games are played in the Perth Oval. Until 2017 she played in the international super rugby league.
history
The team first took part in the Super 14 in 2006 and finished last. The following year they could improve to seventh place, which was also the team's best placement in super rugby.
In 2017 the number of super rugby teams was reduced, the Western Force was one of the teams that was no longer eligible to play. Since then, the team has played in the National Rugby Championship against Australians and in the World Series rugby against Fijian and Tongan teams.
