The Jamul Mountains are a range of mountains south of Jamul in Southern California. They belong to the San Ysidro Mountains and these in turn belong to the Peninsular Ranges . The Otay Lake borders the mountain range in the south.

The typical southern California chaparral is the dominant type of vegetation. Various paths, mostly former 4WD roads, lead over the ridge.
