Jan Sillo

Jan Masoeng Sillo (born November 28, 1976 - August 11, 2009 at Harrismith ) was a South African football player .

Athletic career

Sillo began his professional career in 2003 with the Bloemfontein Young Tigers . In 2006, the defender moved to the then as Zulu Royals trading under the name AmaZulu Durban , the license of Dynamos FC Giyani acquired and subsequently in the Premier Soccer League rose. There he occupied the relegation place with the renamed team in the first season . In the 2007/08 season, the club placed in the lower midfield, Sillo had contributed one goal in the course of the season.

In August 2009, Sillo was killed in a traffic accident.
