Jan Sokol (cyclist)
Jan Sokol (born September 26, 1990 in Vienna ) is an Austrian road cyclist.
In 2005 Jan Sokol became Austrian champion in road racing in the youth class. The next year he won two stages in the ASVÖ Youth Cycling Tour and was able to win the overall ranking. In 2008 he won a stage at the Giro del Friuli Occidentale in the junior class. Sokol has been driving for the Austrian Continental Team RC ARBÖ Gourmetfein Wels since 2010 . In his second year there he was successful together with the team in the team time trial of the Sibiu Cycling Tour .
