Jane Child

Jane Child (born February 15, 1967 in Toronto , Ontario ) is a Canadian singer , record producer and multi-instrumentalist .

Career

In 1990, Child had a bigger hit with the title Don't Wanna Fall in Love when she could advance to number 2 on the US Billboard charts. The follow-up single Welcome To The Real World was also a considerable success and reached number 49. At the same time, her first album was able to place itself in the US charts. In 1991 she contributed the title Mona Lisa Smiles to the soundtrack of the film Freejack .

After that, Child was quiet for several years. She worked on various projects, including Japanese music . She did not release another album until 1993, followed by the third in 2001. The last update of their official website is from 2007. The last entry announces another album.
