Jane Elliott

Jane Elliott (born May 27, 1933 in Riceville , Iowa ) is an American teacher who is known as an anti-racism activist. In 1968 she developed the well-known " Blue Eyed Workshop" and wrote several scripts for documentaries on the subject of prejudice and racism. With modifications to the workshop, she is still active today on lecture tours all over the world. She reports that the results have not changed over the many years that she has been giving the workshops and that there are no differences between participants from different countries.
