The Thisted Brewery ( Danish : Thisted Bryghus ) is a regional brewery from Thisted , Jutland in the north of Denmark .
History and products
The brewery was founded in 1902 as the legal successor to the insolvent Thisted Aktiebryggeri, founded in 1899, and produces in particular pilsner , which is primarily brewed for the local market. In 1951 the brewery had an output of over 2 million bottles of beer. The brewery produces around 20 specialty beers, including Porse Guld . In this beer, the hops are partly replaced by the gale bush.
