Janina Stripeikienė

Janina Stripeikienė (* 1955 in the Kelmė district ) is a Lithuanian judge.

Life

After graduating from secondary school, Janina Stripeikienė graduated from 1973 to 1978 with a degree in law at the Vilniaus universitetas in Vilnius and became a qualified lawyer . From 1978 to 1980 she worked as a consultant at Kauno miesto apylinkės teismas (KMT). From 1980 to 1990 she was a judge at KMT, from 1990 to 1994 at LAT, from 1995 to 1999 at Lietuvos apeliacinis teismas , from 1999 at LAT, from 2007 as head of the civil affairs department. Since 2017 she has been a judge at Konstitucinis Teismas , the constitutional court.

From 2000 she taught as a lecturer at the Mykolo Romerio universitetas .

She is divorced and has the son Vytautas (* 1995).
